Customer service has always played an important part in Bill's work history.
In the 70's, after graduating from High School,  Bill held a variety of office positions.  The most gratifying was working the temporary employment field. This proved to be an incredibly interesting profession.  Being able to help someone not only locate a position, but to see the pleasure and satisfaction they would have in themselves after achieving that position was great. 
In the 80's, it was working for General Telephone, soon to become part of Verizon.  Working with the public having their phone service installed in their homes or business, dealing with their billing matters, working directly with the public in the service centers, and then later switching to behind the scenes, dispatching installers to the field, working on repair situations from taking the call to closing the transaction when the work was done.
In the 90's, when his career with Verizon was being downsized and moved 90 miles away, Bill opted for the "package" Verizon was offering.  At this point of his life, and having taking a trip to Hawaii, Bill was bitten by the travel bug. He  went to work at a Travel agency in Leucadia California, and remained there for the next 9 years before moving to the desert to work at an agency in Palm Springs for 7 years before getting his real estate license in 2006. Having taken over 40 cruises, and traveled to over 16 countries throughout the world, Bill got the best deals for his client's "dream vacations".  Now he is working with his other passion, helping clients to buy or sell their "dream home."  He looks forward to helping you with your next real estate experience!
